All that Lajcak said last night after dinner with Biselim's Kurt.

He published a joint photo with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and his deputy, Besnik Bislim, at a business dinner.

However, he added, co-operation agreed to implement all past agreements between Kosovo and Serbia

“Return to Kosovo today to continue my frank, open and intense discussions with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi for future steps and the road forward to normalising relations with Serbia”, Lajcak said.

“We also agreed that all past dialogue agreements should be implemented fully”, he wrote.

Before this meeting, Lajcak palti an interview in a television.

If we have a person who says, from whom we can expect to say that Republika Srpska is good, is Milorad Dodik, right? We cannot be surprised by this. I'm surprised that people are afraid of something that, under one, doesn't exist, and the second one you're going to shape will not be imposed by”.

He said that Kosovo has an equal role in dialogue like Serbia, and that they are equal partners, “which means what it will be drafted by you and agrees by you”.

My philosophy is that I've always been against creating something that's never been proven before. I think the international community has made these mistakes in the past in the Balkans, with the release of suggestions that were not tested in other countries. Not all have worked well in the Balkans. My philosophy is to draw the region closer to the EU. Make sure everything we propose is based on existing and functioning models. It's not that we mechanically take a model and bring it here. We see what works, come to create a model that best responds to Kosovo's conditions, but by making sure it works in other EU countries and not be intimidated by something that works in other European countries.
