The European Union's envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has held meetings with representatives of several EU states that have not yet recognised Kosovo's independence. Lajcak has cited the importance that dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia has for regional stability.
In Kosovo, Serbian and European opinion, the possibility of reaching a final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is being mentioned. The visits of American and European diplomats to Pristina and Belgrade have been frequented recently.
Lajcak met with José Manuel Albares, the representative of the government of Spain, who informed him of the Kosovo-Serbia reports that referred to them as being at a critical moment.
