Kurti goes to Austria this week

The office of Austrian federal Chancellor Carl Nehammer has confirmed the visit of Republika Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti for this week.

Prime Minister Kurti will be welcomed by Federal Chancellor Nehammer with military honours. After a joint working meeting, a press conference is scheduled, RTK writes.

Unlike Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, during his visit to Vienna on Thursday, will also deliver a speech invited by the Austrian Institute for European and Security Policy and Vienna Diplomatic Academy. He will speak for “Kosovo, the Western Balkans and the European Union.

Otherwise, Kurt's visit to Austria comes after handing over the EU membership application and positive developments about the positive decision on visa liberalisation on the part of the EU.

Kosovo and Austria have good co-operation in many areas.
