This announcement of Kurt, it seems, comes at the time of the great citizen debate about increasing property tax, where power was seen yesterday to blame municipalities for doubling the price of property tax.

2022: Government for Regional Municipal and Development
HINA Municipal performance grant worth 8m euros;
We set aside 1.5m euros for “The Municipal Program for Development of socio-economic infrastructure and intercommunal co-operation”;
We applied:
) Project “Municipity 4 Youth” worth $2.7m;
) Regional Development Programme: 17 capital investment projects in 16 municipalities, worth 1.4m euros;
A Regional Development Programme, worth 3m euros. They took advantage of 335 businesses and found 770 new jobs;
The programme for collaboration with the OSEC, worth 107 thousand euros. Of 38 projects, 200 young people and women benefited;
We advanced cross-border co-operation with Albania, Northern Macedonia and Montenegro. Over 25m euros have been earmarked;
We initiated development of the E-Communal portal for domestic digitization;
We supported communities through the 1m-euro Fund;
We strengthened community rights in municipalities;
We forgot the National Action Plan for Partnership for Open Governance QH with the goal of membership in the international PQH organisation;
We approved the National Strategy for Dog Management and Control with no owner.
