Krasniqi after the flooding goes to Mitrovica: Citizens must not be left alone without state support

Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has visited the Mitrovica municipality today, where he and President Bedri Hamza have met citizens affected by yesterday's floods.

Even in this municipality, material damage is huge. Removal of public infrastructure and compensation for all the damage citizens have suffered, require urgent response by the Government of Kosovo. Sending emergency teams to accommodate the situation, supporting citizens with health assistance, food package, housing and recovery of material damages must become fast and without wasting a while”, Krasniqi said.

He said that in these difficult days for all of Kosovo, no state citizen should be left alone and without state support.
