Haradinaj- Stublla estimates that talks should begin to open a Kosovo Liaison Office in Kiev (as we have in Athens).

Even after two years, we see that MPJ has no lobby strategy for maintenance and deepening existing bilateral reports with cognitive states, nor new initiatives to initiate simple bilatheral communication with non-recognitional states.
For example, MPJ would have to ask the Ukrainian leadership (like it is in Athens), especially now that Albania opened its embassy there, and has a union of both states (Kosovo and Ukraine) in the anti-Russia pole.
Kosovo did not capitalise on Serbia's decision not to impose sanctions on Russia, and this will probably be the last time to begin.
