The role of O The EPS is to review the complaints by economic operators concerning the decisions of the contracting authorities. SML will facilitate and empower this process by enabling O The timeline to manage the complaints of economic operators more effectively by occasionally selecting examiners and panel members and conveying the progress of complaints from the inside.
“We are very pleased with the launching of SML”, said Vjosa Gradinaj Mejuani, head of the OSHP.
This new module in Kosovo's electronic procurement system will help Kosovo institutions improve their work and is an important step in the evolution of Kosovo's public procurement.
SML will account for the term for handing over the complaint under the Public Procurement Law and will remind experts and members of the panel of reviewing the upcoming deadlines.
