Abdixhiku, through a Facebook status, has said that according to their assessment, Kosovo does not need a basic agreement that does not contain recognition.
“Today, we held the Assembly of the Headship of the Democratic League of Kosovo, as well as the meeting with Branch heads. In both meetings, with full unanimousness, the LDK's stance on the dialogue process was reconfirmed. In our assessment, of our membership, Kosovo does not need a basic agreement that does not contain recognition. Our country needs a final agreement that essentially has mutual recognition between the two countries as independent and sovereign states. Any deviation from this strategic orientation is the irreparable responsibility of the current government. In this process, close co-ordination with allies remains vital for our country's Euro-Atlantic future”, Obadiah has said.
