Former Minister of Foreign Affairs Melza Haradinaj-Stubla says the Foreign Ministry through the Interconnecting Office of the Republic of Kosovo in Belgrade must officially announce whether the reports Tefik Sejdiu has been arrested (and then released) in Serbia in the search for a different Albanian.
According to her, if this turns out to be true, then the Government of Kosovo should urgently and formally be through international emissaries and dialogue facilitators with Serbia to raise the issue of illegal arrests of Kosovo citizens in Serbia as an urgent topic for dialogue.
Serbia would no longer have to be allowed to pretend to be a regional collaborative state, because it continues to ignore agreements reached through the Berlin Process specifically for free movement in WB6 just a few months ago!
Kosovo should witness the world (with actual arguments especially for the ongoing arrests it makes, and the illegal keeping of Nezir Mehmetaj now and many years) that Serbia continues to lie to America, Great Britain, Germany, France, etc. By signing an agreement for the page and then breaking every letter of it.
Serbia must place responsibility in the dialogue (and not only) for lists of warrants issued against Kosovo Albanians!”, she writes among other things.
