KMDLNJ: We strongly oppose the prime minister's address to Oliver Ivanoviqi

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has made a response against addressing Prime Minister Kurti on the fifth anniversary of former Serbian politician Oliver Ivanov's murder. In a long reaction, KMDLNJ says it strongly opposes Kurti's address, which said good words for Ivanovic convicted of [...]

In this reaction, KMDLNj says it has provided enough evidence with which the concrete and actual responsibility of Oliver Ivanovic and others for the acts of war crimes is proven.

Therefore, “KMDLNI strongly opposes the recent address of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti on the case of the 5th anniversary of the suspects and war crimes convicts in Kosovo, Oliver Ivanovic, in words that are in complete conflict with human rights”.

KMDLNY response:

O LIV THE ER IVANOVICE SERVANT FOR THE EXACT OF 49 CAPERS AND AFTER DONATION WAR WRITER IN COSOVA

On January 16th 2018, at 8:15 a.m. in front of the party office leading him, Oliver Ivanovic had been killed in Mitrovica, accused and convicted of war crimes and violations of humanitarian law by 9 years in prison, while the case had been brought into consideration at the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica. Oliver Ivanov was a time Kosovo Parliament deputy as portrayed as leader of the northern Kosovo Serbs while for KMDLNY there was no doubt that he had command responsibility and was a war crimes officer and violation of the customs of war during the recent war in Kosovo, even for crimes against humanity, after the war ended. Based on testimony from witnesses surviving the execution and other facts filmed by Halit Behrani and collaborators at the Regional Centre in Mitrovica, the KMDLNj office in Pristina accused Oliver Ivanoviqi of killing 39 Albanians, all unarmed civilians during the war, as well as 9 Albanians and 2 Bosniaks, in February 2000 in northern Mitrovica, divided and occupied by paramilitary and pre-Serb Serb forces. Criminal charges against Oliver Ivanovic and other persons were not initially handled by UNMIK and then not by EULEX, until those allegations were made public.

Following ongoing charges of responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity against Oliver Ivanovic, on the date 23.04.2013, Halit Behrani, Q.R. co-ordinator. KMDLNey, Halit Behrani, was invited to EULEX where he had issued statements and provided evidence in which Oliver Ivanoviqi's responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity against Albanian, Bosnian and other civilians was confirmed. Ivanovic was then arrested and sentenced to nine years in prison by the Constitutional Court, while the Court of Appeals had turned the case into a review. What were KMDLNj's actual claims against Oliver Ivanovic and others for war crimes and crimes against humanity:

KMDLNj had declined to have a Kosovo Assembly delegation attend Oliver Ivanovic's funeral, as well as other escort activities that housed and cloned the image of a suspect and war crimes convict Oliver Ivanov. Any solidification with Oliver Ivanov and others was and it's an insult to the victims, their families, the Kosovo Police for War Crimes, the prosecutor who did the job to cry that allowed the possibilities as soon as the year 2018 were the responsibilities of war crimes were at EULEX. It is insulting and ignoring the work of NGOs dealing with the investigation of war crimes cases, and without which no war crimes trial in Kosovo could be held.

KMDLNI strongly opposes the recent address of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti on the case of the 5th anniversary of the suspects and Kosovo war crimes convicts, Oliver Ivanovic, in words that are in complete conflict with human rights, with the rights of victims for justice and family rights for justice and information that is decuring for all those who engage in justice for victims and responsibility for those who committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, following a fair judgment, fairness and political agreement on any other grounds. It seems obviously that in Kosovo due to a political opportunity, war crimes will be fought only in the rhetorical plan and that, over time and any political agreement they will be completely marginalised. For KMDLNY, it is a concern that neither Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani nor Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca have reacted to thisgloreing response of Prime Minister for Oliver Ivanov as well as the efforts of some MPs to create a reasoning discurs for this address, which has no legal basis and no logic. It seems after this address, uncontested by the prime minister in the case of Ivanovic, there is nothing left but for the Kosovo Parliament Speaker to call an extraordinary session where the president will propose that Oliver Ivanoviq, post-profession be declared an Honorary, Honest and Respected Citizen of Mitrovica. T U n LIFE STORY REAL EXECTION VICTIMAS of Oliver Ivanovic from those who under the Constitution are to represent and protect all victims, regardless of national, religious affiliation, age, gender, political beliefs, status in society, etc.

KMDLNj has offered enough evidence to prove the concrete and factual responsibility of Oliver Ivanovic and others for war crimes acts, violation of humanitarian rights and crimes against humanity through statements of eyewitnesses, lists of executed persons, photos, cases of cases, lists of violent outcasts, preventing violent persons from returning to their property as a result of ethnic cleansing. Oliver Ivanov's murder fails his judgment that KMDLNI has been lifely interested and committed to determine his criminal responsibility, but that in no way means that his criminal acts are amnified, relativised, and that a war criminal is cloned.
