From a January green sticker

By one January this year's stickers issued by Automaton Recording Centres across the country will retain green color, thus not the same color as they were last year.

Color change aims only to facilitate the work of the Kosovo Police, that is, to distinguish from the distance vehicles that emerge in communications without a security policy

Otherwise, applying stickers has produced visible results by reducing the number of unregistered vehicles in our country.

This project is covered by security companies, which are 100 private businesses. So citizens don't pay a penny for sticker that they put on their vehicles' windows.
