Hundreds of cameras were seized in Albania, placed by criminal groups

About 350 illegally deployed security cameras have been seized by Albanian police in Tirana, Elbasan, Vlora and Durres.

Through these cameras, criminal groups monitored the movements of state police and their rivals. So it is highlighted in all media statements, distributed by police after shares on the selection of these cameras.

Operation codenamed “Fiet” started in Shkodra on January 25th and is continuing. In one of the police media communiqués, it is said that the security cameras of “served informing criminal contingent. ”

Such shares were held in Durres, Vlora, Kruje, Shijak, Fier, Kukes, Korca, Pogradec, Debar and Gjirokastra.
