Hoti: They asked me for 400 grand to say “that Ukshini is alive”

Andy Hoti, son of prominent national affairs event, Uksin Hoti, recounts many things of his life and work, which is mainly related to the dawning of the fate of missing persons since the last war in the country. Andin Hoti shows that besides the pain of the family of the dead, they face even more [...]
Andy Hoti shows that apart from the pain of the family of the dead, they are faced with various frauds, not just once but now. According to him, there were times when they sold everything in search of them.
We have information that there are family members of missing persons who have sold all of their property and land, and have handed over the money in Serbia to find their loved ones, says Hoti.
He claims that such cases did not occur 20 years ago. The “has now occurred, in the last three or four years”, says Hoti.
There are other family members, and I've heard this with my ears where they claim their best boyfriend, called them on the phone and demanded their money and they've sold all of it”.
says all this money has been given in Serbia. Of course all are fraud”.
Hoti appealed to the bereaved to be careful and not to fall prey to such frauds. Hoti wants the family of the unskilled when they fall into such contacts, Kosovo's relevant institutions report.
There are many different groups of Serbs who cheat, mostly from Belgrade”.
He claims to understand the family members of the dead, but he requires that they do not succumb to emotions.
“I don't know any family who received information in such shape and the fate of the found” has turned white.
Hoti also illustrated all these instances of his own experience.
I got information from a guy who called himself a hacker and said that he knew where Walker Hoti” was, says Hoti.
“He wanted a value of making money in the form of Bitcoin”, he shows, explaining that there was yet another case when he was asked 400 thousand euros to show where Ukshin Hoti is. “Yes, I was personally contacted by the Messinger”.
According to him, this hacker has told him he has managed to enter Serbia's state documentation and that, according to him, they are hackers from another country.
“Communification was in English and it told us to send us so much money because we're going to give them classified information”, Hoti said, clarifying that he's already used to such things. “What I mean is I'm used to how these groups work”.
Speaking next to the next case when it was asked for 400 thousand euros, Hoti shows that it happened a week after the RTK broadcast on the research show “> to”, for some documentation under which Ukshin Hoti is killed and buried.
“Mbi two weeks have kept me and the entire family” at age, says Hoti, clarifying that he was 99% convinced he was a fraud. “But that 1% was probably everything to me, even big enough for my body to tremble all the time and get out of sleep until it closed”.
Hoti also relates what was said. “That Dad was alive, in a secret prison in Serbia, I looked at him yesterday, looked at him before tomorrow, went and sent a picture tomorrow, brought him to the border of”, confessed the con man's words, which for all of this, required 400 thousand euros.
When you're familiar and hear words like that, it's emotion and you forget the logic”.
He shows that they never sent the picture to him, and after three weeks, in co-operation with Kosovo institutions, he is convinced it is fraud. The fraud was from Serbia”.
Speaking of the disappearance of the Ukshin Hoti event, his father, Andy Hoti, shows that the only accuracy I know in this case, is May 16, 1999, Sunday, when without working the prison administration, two guards have taken Ukshiin Hoti and moved him out of prison.
“With hundreds of other information we have but none are proven”, says Hoti in RTK.
A piece of information that we've got is that if they took it in a car called "Yugo" and sent it to Istog”, says Hoti.
The next information is that a gun shot has been heard, since Daddy's out of prison”, he says, adding that -“the other information is that the army killed him 300 meters from prison”.
However, it shows that none of this information has resulted in accuracy, including that the sense -“is held in Serbian secret prisons”.
Understanding the family members of the dead looking for their relatives and in such circumstances often involve more emotions than because of reason, Andy Hoti shows that there have been times when he thought that he was close to finding Ukshi Hoti, his father.
There has been a moment in the last few days when I hoped I was too close to finding it, but it didn't turn out that way”, Hoti said.
He said the preservation of other families and their concern is primary for him.
Recalling the last meeting with Ukshin Hoti, his father, Andy Hoti, said it occurred in December 1998 at the Sremica prison.
The “what I remember are some blinds because we were not allowed to meet”, he said, adding that they did not communicate with him because they were required to speak in Serbian.
Only one glance and tears and that's it.”
