He has said that association is an obligation stemming from the Brussels Agreement.
According to the U.S. diplomat, one time the association should be completed and then continued with the Franco-German proposal, RTV writes.
If you read the text carefully, the first six points have to do with forming association, and this is an essential element for moving forward. This should be handled in the first place, followed by what is said in the Franco-German proposal, which enjoys support from the EU. This document has to do with broader ideas that require more times”, Hill said.
