Havenier sums Chollet's visit up a review: Our partnership with Kosovo is strong

U.S. State Department senior adviser Derek Chollet, at the end of his visit to Pristina, said that “Kosovo must fulfil all pledges under the dialogue, including the formation of the Serb majority municipalities” and that they expect the Kosovo government to place some proposals on the table”.
“We believe that association is an urgent matter, it is an urgent issue on the agenda of dialogue, it has taken on even greater importance after recent events in the north”, Chollet said during a conversation with journalists.
He added that the US does not support something that resembles Republika Srska.
By contrast, in the meeting she had with Chollet, President Vjosa Osmani thanked the senior US official for the proactive engagement of the dialogue process, stressing that increased American engagement in this direction is crucial to ensuring successful results in behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
