The U.S. Embassy has distributed a quote saying no one should forget or deny this massacre.
No one can forget or deny what happened here. In response to this cruelty and others, the US, along with NATO allies, acted to protect vulnerable civilians in the name of peace, freedom and stability. These goals reflect the profound values of America and the West. We believe that all people, regardless of ethnicity or religion, deserve the dignity of living in freedom and security”, Houvenier said.
