She has said dialogue should be addressed with priority, capitalising American attention to reach a final solution with Serbia as soon as possible, strengthening international subjectivity, but it has added, this strengthening should not be done at the price of defuncting the state within.
“Sic is already known, the United States considers the Kosovo dialogue Serbia as an urgent issue of European security, and the status quo would endanger even more the fragility of this security especially after the start of the war in Ukraine, criminal developments in the northern Republic of Kosovo, and Serbia's open threat of war against Kosovo”, it wrote on Facebook.
According to Haradinaj-Stubla, Kosovo institutions, along with parties that have signed the Association in the past, should discuss Kosovo's joint “stance against the Serbian demand and implementation of a monoethnic association, with executive competence of the Serb Republic's type in Bosnia”.
Kosovo's “government and the political class in general would have to be skilled in presenting Serbia's claims, because the association the US requires from Kosovo is not association that Serbia actually claims. Serbia does not want an association that is equivalent to the existing Kosovo Communists Association without ethnic differences, but Serbia wants an Ahtisaari Plus ʹ additional competencies for Kosovo Serbs who interfere between local and central powers that create a middle power which neither allows nor envisions the current constitution of the Republic of Kosovo”.
Haradinaj- Stublla has stressed that Kosovo should by no means allow a back door for Serbia through unilateral association that then through that door Serbia and Russia to control and destabilise Kosovo whenever they want.
The “Serbs have only broad rights and privileges extended with the current constitution and Kosovo laws, which will rarely be able to find out in the most advanced constitutions of the democratic world. While only a few kilometers across the border with Serbia, within it, these rights of Albanians in Serbia are not known and respected, but are violated in the most flagrant way”.
It has added further that Kosovo should not remain hostage to past mistakes.
