In the Euro-entity show at T7, the Justice Department's Gruda Codinator for Good Governance in the PDK has declared that the country's government with the Law for Public Official will promote corruption, politicisation and escape from public administration.
This law under him is procedurally unconstitutional to his approval, but also from the material content of the provisions, so the PDK has sent the same to the Constitutional Court.
“We are dealing with a unconstitutional law for several reasons, because the working relationship breaks down with officials in permanent positions and puts them on the reserve list for nine months and then excludes them. This is not legally possible because the same men have acts of permanent appointment. With this law, the current government also intends that these positions be turned into a four-year term that is politicisation of administration”, the chief of the justice department in the PDK said, among other things.
According to Gruda, it is not only the opposition who is opposing this law because the EU office in the country is also doing so because the same conflicts with the Association-stabilisation agreement that its respect is Kosovo's international obligation.
The final goal of the current government, according to the head of the Justice Department in the CEC, is to change administration and employ party militants, and industrialally, the government is trying to legally allow itself to capture public administration.
