Prime Minister Albin Kurti proposed the powers of directors, and the decision was passed by unanimous voting. Jusuf Nikci will be the chairman of the board, whose members were named Mevlyde Kelmendi Begolli, Simon Balaj and Driton Sylca.
Kurti said their mandate will last three years.
