(3 years ago)Police in Gjilan have arrested the suspect, F.H., after the same suspect allegedly was involved in two criminal acts in September 2020. His arrest has been made after the same suspect has been evolved in a case “heavy recovery” and “holds ownership, control, unauthorized possession of weapons” [...]
His arrest was made after the same was allegedly involved in a case “heavy recovery” and “holding in ownership, controlling, unauthorised possession of the weapon”, located on the 14th09.20th at a business club in Gjilan”, the police report said.
The same was also on a police quest under an arrest warrant issued by the Constitutional Court in Gjilan.
Following the arrest, the suspect has been interviewed in the presence of the defence attorney, and at the state prosecutor's order against him the detention measure has been issued for 48 hours.
