According to this organisation, before the FOL official enters the office where interviews would be held, the secretary of the interview panel has asked her to sign the Declaration of Confidenciality.
After refusing to sign this statement, the FOL says the panel secretary has prevented the official from entering the room where interviewing candidates were expected to begin.
According to Movement FOL, using the Declarations of Confidenciency in the recruiting processes for public office is a practice that destroys transparency and therefore trust in public institutions
We cannot allow to share our assessments of public nature processes to ask permission from public institutions. Furthermore, conditioning nongovernmental organisations with the signing of the Declaration of Confidenciality has no legal basis and constitutes flagrant violation of the right of nongovernmental organisations to monitor and seek accounts from institutions exercising public office”, the FOL Movement is said to be posting.
