Floods in Skenderaj, Malisha helps with food packages

The heavy rainfall that fell Thursday in Kosovo caused floods in several municipalities.

Among the hardest hit were Mitrovica's Skenderaj, citizens were destroyed part of the property.

And to recover the initiative has taken many people, businesses and foundations.

Among them are from the municipality of Malisheva.

Chairman Ekrem Kastrati delivered food packages to needy families in Skenderaj.

Kastrati expressed great happiness in his initiative.

I am extremely happy with organisational teams and in general with our citizens and businesses, which became part of this action to support families in question, and we hope that not only Skenderaj, but nobody in the future is in danger of such natural disasters”, Kastrati said.
