The Friedrich Ebert (FES) Foundation in Pristina has compiled a draft status for “The Association of Communists in which the Kosovo Serb Community is Multica”, designed by this organisation in partnership with the European Institute for Peace (EIP).
This draft state states that the association will be as a legal person established in accordance with the Constitution and the Kosovo judicial system. The point is that ASociation/Bascia will have its own official symbols, including the coat of arms and flag, which will be designed by the Association/United Board in line with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and the Law for Local Governance.
According to the draft, the Association/Unibility statute is the highest judicial act of Association/Unibility, adding that the statute will be adopted by a founding assembly of Association/Unity, comprised of members voting of municipal municipalities participating in accordance with the Law for Ratification of the First Agreement and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. The statue will be adopted by the Kosovo Government's legal act and will take over the powers of a Government regulation under Kosovo's legal system following review by the Constitutional Court.
The draft stipulates that the Assembly of Association/Unibility is the body responsible for the changes in the Statut.
