According to the announcement, this session will begin at 2: 00 p.m., after announcing the first degree decision, where the court convicted them of obstructing official persons in carrying out official duties, intimidation during criminal procedure and violations of the secret of the procedure.
They were sentenced to four and a half years in prison, where the time spent in detention will be counted, and with a fine of 100 euros each. Meanwhile, they were released from criminal responsibility for revenge.
Hysni Gucati, along with Nasim Haradinaj, was charged with criminal acts against justice administration, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.
