He has said all three Albanian boys from Kukes were exiles who had gone to visit Prizren for fun. He said all three of them hadn't eaten at the bar where everything happened.
These three guys have gone to Prizren to eat a dinner for fun. They were peaceful, even in control of the car, not even a half a round was found. Our boys haven't eaten bread in there, they've eaten somewhere else”, he said at Pressing of T7.
There's a drink back there, and there's a conflict. They've got guys, they're in the car, they're in the middle of a mess, and they're just getting shot. These were not in the offensive, but in the defansive, they were running”, he said further Ceng, calling suspect Dibran Hoxhaj “a semi-orient caadai”.
It's the guy who runs all the locals, so it's the owner”, he said.
Ceng has said that when the three boys had crossed the Kosovo-Albania border, they had not been stopped by anyone and that Visart had already died in the car as a result of gunshot wounds.
