Five evidence against Dani Alves, Brazilian allegedly raped a 23-year-old

Evidence in the case of Danny Alves:

1. Contradicts in his statements:

The footballer declared three different things: at first he said he didn't know the girl who allegedly assaulted him sexually, then said he had seen him but hadn't happened anything and finally claimed it was what was thrown upon him.

2. The subject's clothing and medical report

Two days after the alleged attack, the woman went to report the incident to Mossos d'Esquadra. She submitted the medical report and also the dress she was wearing. The Central Unit for Sex Attacks (UCAS) took over the investigation from there.

3. Security cameras

According to the newspaper El Periodico, Alves and the woman were in the bathroom for about a quarter of an hour. This is seen from the security camera records.

4. Tattage

The complainer was able to prove that Alves had a tattoo of the halve.
