Eurodeputet: Without normalising reports with Kosovo, the road to EU will be difficult for Serbia

According to Bilchik, it has not been easy for Serbia when it has decided for EU membership, but has said it must make other important decisions.
He has said the first point is normalisation of relations with Kosovo, because without doing so, as he has stated, <x0-progress towards the European Union will be slow, or will operate at all”.
