EULEX chief Lars-Gunnar Wigemark said it was a meaningless attack.
On the other hand, he has praised the Kosovo Police for the record-time arrest of the suspect in this incident.
“EULEX condemns today's meaningless attack on a young man and a boy in Shtrepca and wishes quick recovery. Prayers are with their families and the local community. At the same time, we congratulate @Kosovo police on the rapid response and arrest of a suspect”, Wigemark wrote on Twitter.
Victims of the incident in Shrpca are two people, an 11-year-old and another aged 21.
