EU: Association formed without delay and without conditions

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said the international factor is insisting on implementing the Association Agreement, but stressed that it is unfair that the Agreement for Association is a prerequisite for starting Kosovo- Serbia conforms to the Franco-German plan, already known as the EU's proposal for normalisation of relations between [...]
These statements, Kurti, made during a press proposal, a day after his working dinner with the European mediator in the dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.
The negotiator process should lead us forward. I respect the privacy of the talks, but I'm re-increasing that none of the 33 agreements can have a hierarchic priority and articles in the European Union proposal have numbers before that means they have a ranking... 33 Brussels agreements are placed on a horizontal level, and on the other hand, these 10 articles do not tolerate that one article there at the end of being brought in as the first precondition”, the Kurti has been expressed for the media over the past week.
The European Union has commented on Kurt's statement.
The EU stresses that all dialogue agreements should be implemented without further delays and no conditions, including Association.
The EU's position on this issue is known: All dialogue agreements must be implemented without further delays and without any conditions. That is also true of establishing the association, which is a legal obligation for Kosovo”, EU spokesman Peter Stano has said in a response to Reporter.net.
