Two judgments -- Haradinja and Limaj's -- have concluded that there was no UCK policy to attack civilians”, Emmerson said, as he is responding to the discussion about the point that it has to deal with the charge of crimes against humanity.
One of the other important discussions today was the timing of the armed conflict. For this issue, the protection of the accused stressed that there are differences over the period of departure and the end of the conflict between the Special Prosecutor of Special Chambers and decisions by the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, but also other facts.
Hashim Thaci's lawyer, Luka Mistelic, said in this regard that the facts the Specialised Prosecutor uses are the same as that the Tribunali had used for the former Yugoslavia.
