Meanwhile, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti for the first time has said the issue of Association can be discussed within the Franco-German proposal or the EU proposal supported by France and Germany.
These comments Kurti made at the joint conference with Austria's Chancellor Carl Nehammer during the official visit to Vienna.
Kurti stressed that association can be discussed within the Franco-German proposal, but one-ethnic association cannot be found.
