Donika Gervala: Association is dead.

Speaking of Serbia's request for an association that has executive competencies, the Kosovo top diplomat has provided an example of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which, according to her, has become a non-functional state because Serbian ethnicity in Bosnia has gained such executive power within Bosnia.
