At the Constitutional Court in Prizren on Wednesday, hearings have been held against Debra Hoxha, known as “Cobra” and five others suspected of killing Albania's citizens in Prizren on Tuesday.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren on Wednesday, at the Constitutional Court in Prizren, has submitted the request for the detention assignment of Debra Hoxha.
The same is expected to be taken over by the tribunal within Wednesday, January 4.
Debran Hoxha is suspected of criminal acts “grave murder”, illegal possession and trial manipulation, while Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazrik, Jesmir Bandali, Mesim Gashi and Enver Amralahi are suspected of criminal work “Pjesion in beating”.
Otherwise, on Tuesday (January 3rd, one Albanian citizen has been killed, after allegedly wounded by Debra Hoxha, in the yard of the local “Cbra City”, which is Hoxha's property.
The conflict was allegedly launched because of a fatale, while gun shooting preceded a beating between the two sides. Dibran Hoxha and five other people for hours have been questioned at the Prizren Police station.
