According to the prosecutor, Dibran Hoxha is suspected of criminal acts “grave murder”, free access and manipulation with evidence, while Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazrik, Jesmir Bandalli, Cameron Gashi and Enver Amralahi are suspected of criminal work “Pjescreting at”, reports the <x4Benderim for Justice<5>.
In the prosecution's request reportedly considering the criminal acts allegedly committed, the criminal offence of the serious murder is of great high-responsible risk of fleeing suspects from the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, with the aim of avoiding criminal procedure.
