An armed person killed seven people before being arrested in California on Monday, just two days after the shooting claimed 11 lives in a dance hall. The attacker was identified as 67-year-old Zhao Chunli, a local resident.
This attack comes as the state mourns the deaths at Monterey Park in majority Asians during the Lunar New Year celebrations.
The suspect on Monday was filmed by cameras surrendering to the San Mateo County Sheriff's office about two hours after the attack.
The first four victims were discovered on a mushroom farm around 14:22 at the local time (00:22 GMT), while the other three were later found in a nearby truck business.
Investigators have not yet given a motive for this attack.
