Today is an important day for, together with allies, to define steps in the process of dialogue on the final, legally binding agreement, for normalising relations and mutual recognition between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia.

The agreement must be in line with the Constitution, which preserves the unitary character of the state of Kosovo, which addresses all open issues between the two countries once and for all so that the two countries can travel towards European integration.

I hope the government and the negotiating team have prepared their plan and proposals for the emissaries for dialogue that are today in Pristina.

WHO SOLIL: Hold firmly to principles that should be respected in negotiating the agreement. Do not compromise the goals of dialogue, but find the modalities necessary for reaching the agreement. Coordinate with our allies!
