Prosecutors claim that the former head of government removed business from a shareholder company and sold the stake to his partner and children so that he could qualify for the funds.
Babish is a candidate in the upcoming presidential elections, and it is likely that the verdict of this process will be delivered before the first round of voting, held on January 13th and 14th. /Euronews. al
