We assume that there was increased smuggling activity while roads were blocked. The north has hard terrain to control and there are many roads, even Serbia has invested in infrastructure”- he said.
According to him, smuggling is ongoing, especially in border areas that are done by residents themselves, but with the evacuation of barricades is largely halted.
There's been smuggling, there's been. In the border section is done by residents themselves, this is a kind of low-scale smuggling. With order being established, behind the barricades we have information that it is largely halted”- Llugaliu added further.
According to him, stopping smuggling to zero is not possible in any state.
