The director of the organisation “Handikos”, Africa Maliqi, has said that the Convention for the Rights of Persons with Limited Skills already is in the Constitutional Court.

There must be more, for different accounts. The ministry has increased the number of assistants, only 12 percent of children are involved in education, but what with 80 percent out of education, institutions have to deal with. The convention issue has gone to government, the government to the assembly, the assembly has sent it to the Constitutional Court. This is one of the most important conventions, regulates the terminology. It's a light for all disabled persons”, he said.
Maliqi has ceased that the law on employing disabled persons on quota is not being implemented.
