VV) member and assemblywoman Nora Kelmendi will not be director of the AKK. At least not in this competition, through which it was put on a tight list and was seen as a favourite for this position.

Periscope has secured the decision of the KKPSHCé, a body that has approved the complaint of attorney Faik Kelmendi and has cancelled the whole competition because it has found violations.

“Annuise date 22.08. 2022 for the executive position of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency under the MMPHI. The ministry is committed to implementing this decision within 15 days of its accession date”, said among other things in the reason for the annulment, which bears the stamp of January 25th, 2023.

As candidates with the highest score were Suad Chemega, Nora Kelmendi and Edon Maliqi, those last two people of the ruling party. However, the next candidate, Faik Kelmendi, was excluded from the race, for which he also filed a complaint at the KKPSHC.

Faik Kelmendi had confirmed that Periscope had filed a complaint, while showing that Nora Kelmendi was on point behind him.

Kelmendi then showed Periscope that his counter-Candidians have not met even the required criteria.
