They have a cardiosurgeon license and we can't stop them from performing operations or showing them what operations to do, but we need to look into the case and take action”, Brahimaj declared.

This was described as a scandal, yet his colleagues stood up for him, saying that if the patient enters such cases in surgery, the chances are that he will live 50 percent.

In the case, the cardiologist himself was declared that he was under attack, Consumption Shala, saying that the director of the Cardiodrogy Clinic, Rifat Brahimaj, without right has deemed him inexperienced.

The Law of Salaries!

Actually, that's a two-year issue. After voting at the end of the year in the Kosovo Assembly, this Law now risks being taken to Constitutional.

The Law of Salaries is published Thursday in the official newspaper. The appendix, with it, has been released with 136 levels of cofficients, which have a ratio of 2 to 18. However, since the value of the cofficiency is unknown, over 800,000 public sector workers do not know what their salary will be, after a month when the law enters into force.

The cashier's monetary value is determined with the annual budget law, which this year has also increased for salaries and additions for 75m euros in proportion to last year.

To calculate pay, you need to multiply the value of the cofficient with the coeficient. So if the value of the cofficient is 120 euros, the official who has a salary in the colonel 5 will receive a basic 600 euros salary, without counting the additions.

The highest salary will be for the post of president of state, with a cofficiency 18. The president of the Constitutional Court will have 17.5 cofficiency, while 17 will be the coefyst for the post of prime minister and prime minister. The MP and the minister will have equal salaries, with a cofficiency of 16.4.

The IKD has found that the Law violates the legal security of public sector employees, failing to determine the monetary value of the cofficients. As for lowering wages, the Law has set adequate rules for protecting officials from lowering salaries. But IKD has found that the Law protects these rules only for the future, but that it does not apply to the past. This is because the Law in question does not have an adequate solution in relation to public sector officials who are negatively affected by this Law.
