US State Department senior adviser Derek Chollet said that “Kosovo must fulfil all pledges within the dialogue, including the formation of the Serb majority municipalities”.
So he said during a conversation with reporters in Pristina.
We believe we are in a critical moment. We believe that Kosovo with Serbia is urgently engaged in the European Union-led dialogue, which is working towards an inclusive agreement on normalising relations focused on mutual recognition”.
Chollet said the US believes dialogue is my tool is the best tool for Kosovo to ensure its full European and Euro-Atlantic future.
Before meeting with journalists, Chollet met with institutional and political opposition leaders in Kosovo.
The process of dialogue, the European plan and reports between Kosovo and Serbia were among the topics of discussion between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Chollet.

Before Kurt, Chollet, who began his visit to Kosovo on 11 January, met with President Vjosa Osmani.
At the meeting, President Osmani, according to a media report, said the US's added commitment to dialogue with Serbia is <x0-seat decision to ensure successful results in the benefit of Kosovo citizens”.
She reiterated the position that a final agreement with Serbia should have bilateral recognition at the centre.
“Kosovo is ready to continue, with full commitment, to be a constructive party, co-ordinated with the US, making proposals that contribute to reaching such a” agreement, Osmani said.
Cholles and Osmani, according to the Kosovo Presidency, also talked about developments in the region and the world, and she said that with Russia's support, “Serbia continues to be a destabilising force and a threat to lasting peace in the region”.
The American official also met representatives of the Serbian List. At the social network on Facebook, the party's deputy chairman, Dalibor Yevtic, said that the current political and security situation was discussed at the meeting.
