The handcuffed boy comes out of the window and jumps into the street while the police car is moving, but as soon as he falls down, the sheriff stops and goes out to catch him and return him to the car.
Authorities provided no information on the identity of the arrested or criminal acts he had committed, but said he was being transferred to another prison.
