Barricades north, Qalay: Some Kosovo police have slept in packages bringing them food

Qalaj said some policemen have slept in packages, which were sent with food there. Others have also slept on tablets for which they are ill.

“polics at police stations have slept in several packages, those packages have been sent with food. They slept on the plates. There were sick cops, no one could take you any step”, Qalaj said at T7.

According to him, Kosovo police were expecting a guide or decision from the Kosovo government on how to act.

“The roadblock was made only for Kosovo Police”, he said.

Qalaj also said there was another case where four police officers were trapped for four days in a car, between the two barricades.

There have been cases that four police officers have remained in a vehicle for four days between the two barricades. They've retired, you know how they're attracted to”, he said.
