Those who will not benefit from additions shared by the executives are private sector workers.

Following the government's decision, private Sector Union head Yusuf Azemi has reacted.

According to Azem, workers in this sector are being blackmailed by power.

He says that favouring the public sector against the private sector is a “taken by the Government's” Kurtiʹ.

The “is a decision that does not know how to blackmail private sector workers differently as long as we are the largest fillers in the Kosovo Government budget, with our salaries and contributions, but receiving is not drowning anyone. This is the deal of Kurti's government that doesn't know what he's doing. The move has been taken and sad when public sector workers are favoured in relation to private sector”, Azem told Front Online.

The head of the Private Sector has said the government is not improving its mistakes.

According to him, workers with the highest salary are being favoured by power.

We've thought this mistake would improve, but it's still becoming the same mistake and we're left without a comment on a person who can reason they don't, but that's our reality. We have workers who are paid 170 euros and are not stimulated by 50 euros, stimulate those workers who receive salaries of over 500 euros”, Azemi said.

By contrast, the private sector employees' union has consistently demanded salary increases for the sector, with the government's decision to raise the minimum wage, as they say these employees are risking survival.

Their demand is to raise the minimum wage to 250 euros by law.
