ARKEP comes up with clarification concerning Kosovo's participation in EUREC

ARKEP has declared that as equal-right participants in the EUREC, it has so far rejected no paperwork or decision from any European Union institution (BE) on the issue.

Whatever, through the media and the communications published by the Court of EU Justice, ARKEP has been announced regarding the annulment of the European Commission's decision allowing Kosovo to participate in the EUREC.

However, with the aim of accurate information of public opinion, this does not imply the exclusion of ARKEP from the EUREC. On the contrary, not to prevent the participation of ARKEP in the work of the EUREC, the Court of Justice has decided that the effects of the European Commission's decision will be implemented until the entry into force of any new labour agreement linked between the EUREC, the EUREC Office and the ARKEP”, the statement said.
