The latest diplomatic initiative, led by Miroslav Lajcak and Gabriel Escobar, along with three senior advisers, has produced a new and aggressive dynamic.
Following exclusive publications, which have accurately, since September 18, 2022, explained all processes about the new phase of dialogue, Albanian Post has provided a several-page document explaining everything in detail. In a very direct language, divided into sectors and concrete points, it shows exactly what lies behind the provisions of the Base Agreement.
Most importantly, this document describes what the two countries earn in case of an agreement, but a much larger part is reserved for explanation of what will be lost if the agreement is not signed and what processes are going back.
“Remembering Critical Points”, “European proposal key elements”, “macro-perspection of normalisation”, front dynamics, “Access to a lot of leads”, there are some of the key points in this document that Albanian Post releases exclusively Monday on January 30th.
One of the hardest-language dots in the document is the one called “Failure is not an option”, point to be fully discovered by AP on Monday.
Also, part of the document is the description of “Kosovo's future” and “Serbia's future”, which includes problems that are already in public like the Association of Serb-run municipalities that Serbia loves and recognition from the 5 non-recognitional EU countries for which Kosovo seeks guarantees.
On Monday, you will read exclusively what was presented to them and what was asked of Aleksandar Vucic's Albin.
Part of the document provided by the Albanian Post is also followed when it is said that “Kosovo cannot continue to enjoy absolute protection from the Western world, which is vital for its existence and at the same time hesitate to embrace Western efforts for lasting peace”.

Or, others who have warning tones, where it becomes clear what consequences are meant for Westerners, if Kosovo decides to withdraw from previous agreements.
“The Kosovo government is free to initiate in the Kosovo Parliament the process of withdrawing Kosovo from the first agreement on normalisation of reports and then bear the consequences of undoing all previous achievements (free movement, Kosovo's+383 telephone code, integration of the northern part, control of two border points with Serbia and other)”, written in another portion of the document that is published Monday by the Albanian Post.
