The controversial meeting at the American Embassy in Pristina, with political parties and representatives from civil society, has ended today as it was before, after almost an hour of discussion.

After the meeting, the US ambassador to Pristina announced about the meeting, saying the United States will continue to contribute to the implementation of all dialogue pledges including the hottest topic of the Serbian municipalities.

“Today we held a hearing at the American Embassy in Pristina for the Association of Serb-run municipalities. Grateful to the various interested parties present for sharing their views and expertise. We continue to assist in implementing all of the commitments of Dialogue”, said Havenier after the meeting., I follow Periscope.

A well-informed source from meeting at the Embassy, meanwhile, has told Periscope that the meeting was quite cold and that few of the representatives of the political scene in the country have spoken at the meeting.

“From the American Embassy there was no word”, this source said for Periscope.

Meanwhile, it has shown that some of the attendees -- especially representatives from Kosovo institutions -- have taken the word to speak at the meeting, but have not commented on any of the opinions they say there.

The meeting at the American Embassy in Pristina was held today, as it was warned, to discuss the issue of the Association of Serb municipalities in Kosovo.
