Former Ambassador Kirby: Reality is sometimes clear, but association agreement must be implemented

While speaking of reaching an agreement between Pristina and Belgrade, he has said it is good for both sides to be on average unhappy.

I think that both Kurti and Vuciq want to give the impression that they are obliged to comply with an unprecedented plan. And so it should be, because if it was perfect for one side, the other side would be extremely unhappy”.

To it the possible agreement would indicate whether Serbia would line up with the European Union or Russia.
