The ruling, then taken, said that Fadil Kodra was fired because of suspicion based on the commission of criminal acts.
However, this decision has been cancelled by the Independent Kosovo Civil Service Supervisor Council.
A document from this council has indicated that it has been approved as based on the pre-record complaint of Kodra and that Kurti's decision has been cancelled and that Serbian Interior Minister Jelal Svechla's decision to suspend the Kodra.
The document in question further shows that MPB is obliged to compensate attorneys Fadil Kodra for all wages not carried out from the dismissal day, October 14, 2022, until the day of implementation of this decision.
The decision also shows that the Director of the Department for Management of Public Officials is obliged to comply with legal provisions in power to appoint the complainer to a middle leadership or professional position under the Civil Service.
For these obligations, the KKPSHCK has given only 15 days since the day of its accession.
